Cancellation Policies

- For cancellation requests submitted up to 7 days after MAKING the reservation: a full refund will be issued. The refund is not possible in this case if the cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before check-in (i.e., the cancellation must be requested by 2:00 p.m. the day before the check-in date);

- For cancellation requests submitted after 7 days after MAKING the reservation, or submitted less than 24 hours before check-in: there will be NO refund under any circumstances;

- For cancellation requests submitted 15 days before check-in: a credit card for the amount paid will be made available, with a period of use for accommodation within 12 months following its delivery;

- For cancellation requests submitted from 14 days before check-in: a credit card will NOT be issued;

The credit card may be used at any time within the 12 months following its delivery, provided that if the total amount of the accommodation during the requested period is greater than that stated on the credit card, the customer will pay the difference.

A credit card will not be made available in the event of a customer failing to show up without prior notice. This occurrence will be considered a "no show", with the reservation being cancelled and 100% of the amount paid being retained.

Cancellation of the stay after check-in, upon arrival, as well as early departure, for any reason, will not entitle the guest to any type of refund, reimbursement or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the promotional package and/or special rate for the accommodation or daily rate.

• REFUNDS
The Inn reserves the right to refund amounts, preferably in the same form in which payment was received:

• For payments made by credit card: through full or partial reversals of the charges made on the card provided;

• For payments made via PIX transfer: by refunding the same PIX code;
• In the case of cash/cash payments: by PIX transfer to the account of the reservation holder. It is important to note that when the reservation holder is not the payer, the refund will be made to him/her, by PIX transfer to the account provided by him/her (payer).
Refunds will be made during business hours, within 30 business days, from the request, provided that the data required for the refund has been correctly provided.

• IMPORTANT POINTS FOR PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES AND SPECIAL RATES
During the promotional campaign, a certain number of daily rates will be made available. After the sale of these daily rates that were put on the campaign, the current rate will be charged, without promotional discount.
The prices disclosed during special promotion periods are exclusive for sales through the hotel's official website or through the Customer Service Center (email and WhatsApp).
