Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation is only confirmed with an advance deposit/pix of at least 50% of the package value.
Guaranteed reservations with advance payment upon arrival will be kept for 12 hours, after the time established for the guest to enter the Pousada. If the guest cannot arrive at the scheduled time, we ask that you inform us by calling 35 9 99060990.
Failure to show up without prior notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation), the space will be available for 12 hours, starting from the time of arrival.
Cancellation Policies
Within a maximum of 30 days after making the reservation, as long as 15 days in advance of the inn's entry date (check-in) is respected, counting from the day of the cancellation request, refund of 100% of the amount paid, or the amount paid can be used on another date within 12 months (validate the conditions below);
With the days of arrival at the Pousada (check-in), counting from the cancellation request, there is no refund or possibility of changing the reservation date;
Cancellation is only permitted within a maximum period of 30 days after the reservation is made, as long as the check-in date is respected 15 days in advance.
Changing the Reservation date:
1) It is only permitted to change the reservation date more than 15 days in advance of entering the Pousada (check-in), counting from the day of the change request;
2) It is only allowed to change the date once for each reservation, and it is possible to change the value of the daily rates, by Pousada A Gruta, depending on the tariff imposed at the time that the contracting party wants to reschedule their reservation;
3) It is not allowed to cancel the reservation after changing the date of the reservation.
