All reservations must be guaranteed with 100% of the reservation amount paid.
Cancellation Policies
This tariff does not allow refunds in case of no-show and cancellation after the 7th day of the date the reservation was made.
CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
Individual reservations are considered to be reservations of up to 5 suites that have the same owner;
In the case of cancellation of reservations made online (via Whatsapp and online sales platforms) within the first 7 days (from the date the reservation was made) the cancellation is free of charge.
After 7 days, cancellations will not receive a refund of the amount paid.
