Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee your reservation, we require an advance payment equivalent to the total amount of the first night.
- This advance payment will be processed up to 20 days before the reservation.
- If the cancellation occurs within 20 days before check-in, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
This reservation guarantee policy aims to ensure the availability of the room chosen for your stay and helps us to manage our accommodation capacity effectively.
To make the payment via PIX, use the CNPJ code 34126573000188, which belongs to MK Empreendimentos/Canto d'Alvorada Hotel Pousada, with an account at Itaú. After making the payment, please send the receipt to WhatsApp 73 988591096 or to the email [email protected], so that we can confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations are permitted up to 15 days before check-in without additional charges.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night's stay.
- No-shows (no-shows without prior notice) will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
We ask our guests to understand that late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of revenue for us, due to the inability to reallocate the reserved room to other guests.
