• According to State Law No. 577/2008, smoking and tobacco products are prohibited in fully or partially enclosed spaces. Failure to comply with the decree will result in an extra daily fee being charged at the end of the stay, which will be used for intensive cleaning after check-out. • Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. the following day. • We do not accept checks as a form of payment. • Breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. • Consumption of food and beverages not originating from the hotel is not permitted in the restaurant or common areas of the hotel. The kitchen is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Laundry services are available from 10am to 3pm, the cost is per item, and the service must be requested at reception between 7am and 2pm. • Apartment cleaning must be requested in advance at reception between 10am and 2pm. • In the event of loss of the apartment key, the guest will be responsible for the costs of the locksmith services. • Any physical or material damage caused by the guest to the apartments will be the guest's sole responsibility. • We are not responsible for objects left on our premises (either in the hotel or in the parking lot). Objects found on the hotel premises will be reported to the guest (by email or telephone), cataloged in a Lost and Found logbook and kept for a period of 90 days. After this period, if the object is not returned or collected, it will be disposed of in the most convenient way, at the hotel's discretion. • The pool hours are from 10am to 9pm. After 10:00 pm, guests are not allowed to stay in the pool areas due to noise. • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. We ask that you pay special attention to SILENCE and to noise that may disturb other guests who are resting. • We accept small pets (up to 5 kg) for an additional fee of R$45.00 per day. Or R$60.00 for medium-sized pets (up to 13 kg). • This is an optional rate and cancellation is not permitted.
