Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee the reservation, confirmation is only made after payment of 50% of the total stay.
- Payment via credit card: 100% advance payment of the total cost of accommodation. It is possible to pay in up to 3 interest-free installments.
- The 50% of the reservation can be made in 1x credit or Pix, and the remaining 50%, via Pix.
- For payment via bank transfer/Pix, we ask for 50% of the total value of the advance reservation. There may or may not be special conditions.
Cancellation Policies
All reservations made are considered non-refundable. There is no possibility of refund in case of cancellation or change.
On other dates:
1. Purchase Regret:
- If you regret the purchase, a 100% refund of the amount paid for accommodation will only be made if the request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Code.
2. Withdrawal or Cancellations:
- If the purchase was made during the week of accommodation, the hotel will only accept cancellations or cancellations as specified in Embratur Normative Deliberation 161/95, or according to the cancellation rules of the partner website where you purchased your accommodation package.
3. Cancellations in advance:
- Cancellations up to 7 days before check-in: the advance amount is fully converted into accommodation credit, to be used within 60 days, except holidays.
4. Cancellations Close to Check-in:
- Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the advance amount is retained as a cancellation fine.
5. No-Show:
- In case of no-show, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
6. Changes/Cancellations after Check-in:
- Changes/cancellations after check-in: 100% of the total accommodation price will be charged.
7. Promotional Rates:
- Promotional rates: non-refundable for all situations.
