Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Full payment of daily rates is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be given for previously paid daily rates.

Card: The full amount will be charged up to the day of check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation or changes are not permitted without a penalty.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Free cancellation up to 2 days before the check-in date. After this period, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

In case of no-show, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

For reservations longer than 1 night, failure to arrive by 12:00 PM the day after check-in will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with a charge of 50% of the total value, with no possibility of credit.

Cancellation is not permitted after check-in. Amounts paid are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy – Reservations without a no-show guarantee will be held only until 6:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. Reservations with a no-show guarantee will be held until 12:00 PM the day after the scheduled arrival. If the guest does not arrive, 50% of the total accommodation value will be charged. In case of high season or major events, all nights for the period will be charged. For no-show guarantees, we accept advance deposit, Pix, or credit card (request payment link). Payment receipts must be sent via email.
