Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Immediately after making the reservation, payment of 50% of the total cost of accommodation must be made to guarantee confirmation of the reservation. The remaining 50% will be paid at check-in. If you choose to pay via credit card, the debit will be made automatically, immediately after the reservation is made. If payment is not identified, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Cancellation Policies

For cancellations more than 30 days in advance of the check-in date, a fee of 50% of the total accommodation price will be charged. There will be no refund of the amount paid in advance in case of cancellation less than 30 days from the check-in date. The reservation will be held until 12pm on the day following the scheduled arrival date. In case of no-show, we will release the reserved Suites and cancellation will be charged at 50% of the total accommodation. For reservations on long holidays, New Year's Eve and Carnival, the fine will be 100%. In case of earlier departure than the date scheduled in the reservation, the total amount of accommodation will be charged. Law 8,078 of the Consumer Protection Code in its article 49, informs that the consumer has a period of 7 days, after payment of the reservation, to make a formal request to regret the purchase, to have the amount paid reimbursed.
