Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Once the deposit has been paid (percentage relating to the total daily value) the reservation will be confirmed. The balance of daily payment will be charged at check-in. If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, via email, ensuring that the customer has received it regularly, not Cancellations or changes are accepted by telephone.
Cancellation Policies
RESERVATION CANCELLATION (According to Embratur Normative Deliberation)
Considering the beginning of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be used as follows:
- up to 15 days before entry, the refund will be in full*.
- between 14 and 7 days before entry, 70% of the amount paid* will be refunded.
- 6 days or less in advance of entry, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
(*DOC value will be deducted)
WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION - "NO SHOW":
Failure to show up without prior written notice, 48 hours before check-in, will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled, making it available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
AT THE GROUP SHOW
- Group reservations must have their original guest list (Rooming List) delivered, up to 72 hours in advance, by email. Failure to show up for any apartment booked on this guest list (Rooming List) will be the responsibility of the organizer and the full price of the reservation will be charged (down payment + accommodation).
- All groups must have a contract signed and delivered to the hotel 72 hours in advance.
WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY:
Canceling your stay upon arrival or after entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT FOR NEW DAILY DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate. .
