Cancellation Policies
Cancellations or rescheduling requested via email up to 10 days before the check in date: free of charge From 10 days to 5 days before the check in date: 50% of the total amount deposited will be refunded or the full amount deposited will be rescheduled. In case of rescheduling, it is not necessary to inform the date at the time, however this appointment can only be made once, and it is not possible to reschedule again or request a refund. In case of original reservations outside of local holidays and events, these cannot be rescheduled for local holidays or events. From 05 days until the reserved date: 100% of the total amount deposited will not be refunded. The same rules apply for changes and/or cancellations!
