Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Non-refundable rate: 100% will be charged at the time of booking. Standard and flexible rate: Payment of 50% at the time of booking and the remaining 50% at check-in. If paid in installments, the total amount will be paid in installments at the time of booking (minimum installment of R$ 300.00 in up to 6 interest-free installments and 7 to 12 interest-bearing installments). For payment by credit card, regardless of the origin of the reservation (direct or through partners), it is essential that the card holder is the owner of the reservation, otherwise the hotel reserves the right to make a refund and cancel the reservation. In the case of accommodation vouchers or gifts to third parties, please contact us and we will send the authorization form by email for the holder to sign. The third-party debit authorization model must be requested via WhatsApp or by telephone at the following number: (12) 3894-1094 or via email [email protected] Pix or transfer (48 hours in advance) and credit card in cash or in installments in up to 6 interest-free installments or 7 to 10 interest-bearing installments (minimum installment of R$ 300.00).
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation or change of reservation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. No refunds will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-shows and Cancellations:
- Failure to show up on the scheduled date will result in a no-show, with the suite being available for 24 hours after check-in time.
- Cancellations during the stay are non-refundable and result in the full forfeiture of the amount paid.
