20% deposit upon booking and balance up to 30 days before check-in. The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt (referring to 100% of the accommodation period) on the specified date. Failure to pay for the reservation will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policies: • Cancellation or No Show Policy: - Cancellation or change up to 30 days before check-in: refund of the total amount paid, without penalty. - Cancellation or change after 29 days of check-in, fine of 100% of the amount paid. There are no refunds or credits to be used. Rescheduling policy: Up to 30 days before check-in, the accommodation date may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied) or the amount paid will be refunded (within 45 business days of the date of cancellation). Deposit / Guarantee Policies After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment. Credit card balances will be authorized upon check-in. - If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
