Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made to guarantee the lock of the chalet. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Payment must be made via credit card or bank deposit. Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total reservation. Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show": Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
