Cancellation Policies

The Tariff
Included in daily rates: breakfast, set of outdoor pools, indoor pools, gym, sauna (by appointment), chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. Not included in the daily rate: drinks, portions, à la carte restaurant, Spa procedures, parking - valet (charged R$ 35/night)

Cancellation Policies
• Cancellation policy: Considering the beginning of the package or daily rate, the amount paid will be refunded through a letter of credit for use within 365 days, subject to the following deadlines: 1 – withdrawal and cancellation made up to 30 days prior to arrival, will be full value credit*. 2 – withdrawal and cancellation made between 29 and 7 days prior to entry, you will receive a credit of 50% of the amount paid*. 3 – withdrawal and cancellation made 06 days prior to the start of the accommodation, THERE WILL BE NO RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID OR LETTER OF CREDIT. REMEMBERING THAT, WITH DATE CHANGES, ADJUSTMENTS WILL OCCUR. 4 - When refunds of amounts paid by card are made, the financial fees charged by the operators must be observed, plus taxes arising from the transaction. 5- The refund of amounts will only occur when unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure are proven, otherwise only through a letter of credit used with Blue Sea Hotel Ltda.

On weekends we work with a minimum of two nights. Location of accommodation and apartment number defined exclusively by the hotel and only upon arrival. Early check-in and late check-out fees We work with the option of early check-in and late check-out subject to availability. Condition is limited, please check availability and prices at the reservation center 7 days before your check-in. The additional fee for early check-in will be for arrival at the hotel between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
