RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY 1) Requests for cancellation of reservations must be sent in writing to the email [email protected], containing: details of the person responsible for the reservation; date of reservation request; period of the booked stay; and bank details where any refund will be made. 2) Any refunds will follow the following rules: 2.1) In the case of reservations made over the telephone or virtually: If cancellation is requested up to 7 days after the date of payment confirming the reservation, the amount deposited will be fully refunded to the customer (as per determination of article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). 2.2) In the case of reservations made in person: If cancellation is requested up to 7 days after the payment date that confirms the reservation, only 70% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. 2.3) If cancellation is requested after 7 days from the date of payment, regardless of whether it is an in-person or virtual reservation, the refund rules are as follows: Reservation of low season stays (from March 1st to July 14th; and from the 1st from August to December 15): – If the cancellation request is made 7 days or more in advance of the start of the stay: the amount deposited will be fully refunded to the customer. – If the cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the start of the stay: only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. ? Booking high season stays (from December 16th to February 28th; and from July 15th to 30th): – If the cancellation request is made 20 days or more in advance of the start of the stay: the amount deposited will be fully returned to the customer. – If the cancellation request is made less than 20 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. Reservation of special packages (New Year's Eve, Carnival, Holy Week and others determined by the company): – If the cancellation request is made 20 days or more in advance of the start of the stay: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. – If the cancellation request is made less than 20 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer. Observations: 1) In case of early departure during the duration of the stay, at any time of the year, the full amount of the reservation will be charged, without any refunds; 2) However, it will be at the company's discretion whether or not to grant daily credits to be used at a later date determined by the company; 3) Purchase of a promotional package: In the case of early departure or cancellation of the reservation, rack rates will be applied, without prejudice to the rules of this document; 4) The person responsible for the reservation is entitled, at any time, to grant the right to enjoy their reservation to any other person, provided that it is under the same conditions previously contracted; 5) In cases where the person responsible for the reservation does not show up within 24 hours of the start of the booked stay, it is considered a no show, in which case the rules of the cancellation policy relevant to the case will be applied.
