Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment. Cancellation Policies
Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be canceled within 48 hours of the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be reversed as a credit for future accommodations. Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be automatically canceled at 2pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival. For reservations made at the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, the total daily rate will be charged at the time of booking and, in the event of cancellation/change, there will be no refund of the daily rates paid.
