Policies for direct bookings on our Official Website
Direct bookings will be confirmed upon identification of payment of 100% of the daily rate by credit card or payment of the amount of 1 daily rate via Pix. The remaining balance of payment of the daily rates will be made at the time of check-in.
Reservation cancellation: The cancellation request must be sent in writing up to 30 days before check-in.
Payments by Credit Card
For cancellations made more than 7 days after the reservation date has been made, the amounts paid are non-refundable. More One Reservation Change will be granted:
The change request must be made in writing up to 30 days in advance, subject to hotel availability.
There is no extra change fee charged, only possible price differences between one period or another; only one change will be allowed, with a one-week deadline to reschedule the new dates and a period of up to 6 months to withdraw the same.
With less than 30 days prior to check-in, changes to the reservation will not be authorized, regardless of the reason.
No-show: Failure to show up without prior written notice will be considered a “no-show” (cancellation without cancellation).
The reservation will be available for 24 hours from the time of check-in.
After this period, the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refund of the amount paid (100% of the amount deposited will be retained).
Cancellation: Cancellation of the stay upon arrival or after check-in or early departure for any reason will not entitle you to any type of refund or credit for new daily rates.
Payments via Pix or Deposit
Amount of one daily rate via Pix, the remaining balance of payment for the daily rates will be made at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policies
Reservations, Accommodation Policies and General Regulations RESERVATIONS When making a reservation at the Pousada, regardless of the channel, accepts and agrees with the General Policies that establish the terms of the Hotel's service provision from reservation to accommodation, as well as defining the reciprocal norms. DAILY DAYS Daily rates start at 2:00 pm and end at 11:00 am. For early arrivals or late departures, availability must be checked at reception. Late departures authorized until 6pm will incur a charge of 30% of the counter rate. After this time, a new full daily rate is considered.
