Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total reservation amount. The remaining balance can be paid upon check-in.
Cancellation Policies
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Exception: If medical evidence exists to justify the no-show, we may consider a full or partial refund, subject to review. We may also offer a letter of credit.
No-Show:
If the guest fails to show up on the day of check-in and does not communicate the reason for the no-show via email in advance, the reservation will remain available for 24 hours. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, with 100% of the amount paid retained, and the apartment will be made available to another guest.
