After confirming the reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the card inserted at the time of booking within 24 hours of confirmation. Please be aware that the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and changes to reservations are subject to a penalty on the value of the reserved package, as per the following information:
>Changes are only permitted at least 30 days before the check-in date;
>In the event of cancellation within the deadline, the transaction fee will apply to reservations paid by credit card;
>In the event of cancellation at least 30 days before the stay, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;
>In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the stay, there will be no refund;
>In the event of a total or partial no-show, there will be no refund;
>Early check-out: cancellation of the stay after checking into the hotel will not entitle you to a refund, discount or reimbursement (regardless of the reason). The amount of 100% of the remaining daily rates already paid will be retained;
>We postpone the reservation upon proof of Covid-19 contamination, in case of rescheduling the guest will have a maximum period of 06 (six) months, the rate will be subject to readjustment for the new desired period.
