Reservations will be confirmed upon full payment by credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies

*Non-refundable payment;
*No rescheduling of date;
*No right to future credit;
*In case of no-show on the check-in date, the amount paid will not be refunded
If made 15 days or more from the check-in date, full refund of the reservation amount. If made between 14 and 8 days from the check-in date, 10% of the reservation value will be retained. If carried out between 7 and 4 days of the scheduled check-in date, 25% of the reservation value will be retained. If made within 3 days of the check-in date, the full amount of the reservation will be retained. No-show In case of no-show on the check-in date, the reservation amount will be fully retained, with the unit(s) released for sale from 12:00 pm on the following day. If due to force majeure, upon proof, a letter of credit will be issued for the value of the reservation for use in another period, within 1 year from the date of the no-show.
