Payment: Full payment in advance will be made from the seventh day after the reservation is made.
2. Reservations on Our Website:
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards and PIX.
Payment:
Credit Card: Full payment in advance will be made from the seventh day after the reservation is made.
PIX: Will be charged at the time of reservation.
Additional Details:
Credit Card:
After the seventh day of the reservation, the full amount will be automatically debited from the credit card provided during the reservation process.
Any additional fees or charges related to the credit card will apply according to the card operator's policy.
PIX:
Payment will be processed immediately after confirmation of the reservation through the PIX system.
Please ensure that you provide the correct details to ensure a smooth transaction.
General Conditions:
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover payment at the time specified.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy:
1. Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. After 7 Days: After the 7-day period from the date of purchase, there will be no refund in case of cancellation, the non-refundable rate will automatically apply.
It is important to note that any processing fees or additional fees paid at the time of purchase may not be refundable under any circumstances.
Additional Considerations:
Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy as necessary and will inform you of any relevant changes.
Definition of No Show: A no show is understood as any reservation not cancelled by 11:59 pm on the check-in day, without prior notice to our establishment.
After the time stated above, a no show fee will be charged in the total amount of the reservation. This fee will be automatically applied in the event of a no-show and charged to the credit card provided during the reservation process.
Date Change Policy:
Thank you for choosing our services. In order to offer flexibility and maintain our commitment to service excellence, we have established the following date change policy:
1. Conditions for Date Changes:
Number of Changes: Each reservation allows only one date change.
Advance Notice for Change: Date changes will only be allowed at least 20 days in advance of the original reservation date.
2. Applicable Fees:
Rebooking Fee: In addition to the difference in daily rate between the original reservation and the new date, an additional fee will be charged. This fee will correspond to the highest daily rate of the original reservation.
3. If the New Date is Cheaper:
If the daily rate on the new date is lower than the original reservation, the difference in value will not be refunded. However, the rebooking fee will still apply. Change Process:
To request a change of dates, please contact us at least 20 days in advance of your original booking date.
The change will be subject to availability on the new date requested.
You will be informed of the difference in daily rates and the applicable change fee.
Payment of the difference in daily rates and the change fee must be made prior to confirmation of the new booking.
General Conditions:
Once the change of dates is confirmed, the original booking will be cancelled.
The cancellation policy does not apply to date change requests.
Any additional fees or charges related to the payment method will apply in accordance with the current policies.
