Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Once you confirm your reservation, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If there is a "no-show" or a request for cancellation or change of name, dates, category, a fine corresponding to the total value of the reservation will be charged.
On other dates:Cancellation of reservations without charging a fine for no-shows will be allowed up to 1 day before the reservation entry date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night.
