Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Periods of less than 30 days from check-in there will be no refund for the reservation. We do not cancel accommodations due to weather conditions, except on occasions when we receive a communication from the port captain stating that there will be no crossing due to weather.
