Cancellation Policies
The request to cancel the reservation corresponding to the period contracted by the customer must be made at least 7 (seven) days before the scheduled arrival date at the hotel. In accordance with article 49 and sole paragraph of Law No. 8,078, dated 09/11/1990. Once this period has passed, no refund of any amounts paid will be made.
