To guarantee your reservation, payment must be made via PIX at the time of booking. After submitting and identifying the receipt, the reservation will be confirmed and the apartment will be blocked for the selected dates.
The deadline to make the payment and submit the receipt is up to 24 hours after the booking. After this period, if the payment is not identified, the reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase are subject to a full refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
- After this period, if the guest needs to cancel, the amount paid may be converted to a letter of credit, provided the request is made at least 15 days before check-in.
- The letter of credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the request and can be used for a new reservation, subject to availability and a new quote.
