The full amount of the reservation may be charged in advance at any time after the reservation is confirmed.
Payment is made by credit card, with the option of up to 6 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment amount of R$200.00. The charge is based on the number of installments selected at the time of booking.
If payment is not completed or there is an error in the transaction, and the hotel is not contacted in advance, the reservation may be automatically canceled up to 30 days before check-in, without further notice.

Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase are subject to a full refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
- After this period, if the guest needs to cancel, the amount paid may be converted to a letter of credit, provided the request is made at least 15 days before check-in.
- The letter of credit is valid for 12 months from the date of the request and can be used for a new reservation, subject to availability and a new quote.
