Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. Credit card payments will be authorized through completed and signed debit authorization. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. BANCO AG/CC Forward the deposit slip to (e-mail).
Cancellation Policies
- There is no refund of amounts paid under any circumstances and there is no possibility of changing dates or cancellation.
On other dates:
- Cancellation notice more than 30 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellation notice between 29 and 15 days before check-in will allow us to reschedule a new date, without refunding the amounts paid.
- Cancellation notice less than 14 days before check-in: no refund of amounts paid will be given, and no possibility of rescheduling.
- In case of cancellation upon arrival, or after checking into the hotel, or early check-out, for any reason, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
- In case of no-show by 10 pm on the day of check-in, it will be considered a “NO SHOW” and the amounts paid will be considered used, making the place available to another interested party.
