Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Our payment method allows customers to choose the one that best suits their needs. It is possible to pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and pix. The guest will be able to guarantee the reservation, without risk of cancellation, by paying the entire amount in advance. The reservation will be guaranteed after being confirmed by sending proof of payment duly identified by the guest. Accommodation prices are determined by the period of use, the date and the number of occupants. Children staying with their parents, up to 5 (five) years of age, are exempt from paying daily fees, with one child per accommodation. In the case of two or more children aged under the exemption condition, one payer will be charged. The daily rate includes accommodation, apartment cleaning services, reception services, Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking.

Cancellation Policies

In case of changes, notify at least 5 (five) days in advance. * In case of cancellation, notify at least 7 (seven) days in advance so that credit remains for future accommodations within 10 (ten) months after the date of cancellation. * Reservation canceled up to 90 (ninety) days before the scheduled check-in date will refund 70% of the amount paid; Reservation canceled up to 60 (sixty) days before the scheduled check-in date will refund 50% of the amount paid; Reservation canceled up to 30 (thirty) days before the scheduled check-in date will refund 20% of the amount paid. * Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The space will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
