We work with booking confirmations upon full advance payment via bank deposit or credit card.
Cancellation Policies
With 30 (thirty) days or more notice prior to the check-in date:
The amount paid may be fully converted into credit, subject to analysis and
approval by the hotel management, for use in future stays, valid for 12 (twelve) months from the original reservation date, always subject to availability and rates in effect for the new chosen period.
Between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date:
A penalty of 50% (fifty percent) will be applied to the total value of the reservation.
The remaining balance may be converted into credit, at the discretion of the Management, valid for 12 (twelve) months from the original reservation date, subject to availability and rates in effect for the new chosen period.
Less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the check-in date:
Due to the proximity of the date, the operational commitments undertaken and the
commercial unavailability of the accommodation, the total amount paid will not be refunded
nor converted into credit, characterizing it as a non-refundable cancellation
(no show), and any new reservation attempt will remain subject to availability and
current rates.
