- PAYMENT POLICY: – For payment via credit card it is necessary to advance 100% of the total amount of the accommodation. It is possible to pay in up to 3 interest-free installments on the card. – For payment via bank transfer / Pix we ask for 50% of the total advance booking amount. Cancellation Policies
- CANCELLATION POLICY: – If canceled more than 30 days before the check-in date, 20% of the total stay will be charged (or 0% in case of change of date). – If canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total stay will be charged (or 10% in case of date change). – If canceled less than 15 days before the check-in date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged (or 40% in case of change of date). – In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged. – Changes / Cancellations after check-in, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be charged. – Promotional Rates: non-refundable for all situations - Force majeure deals with emergency situations where it is impossible to fulfill your commitment due to events beyond your control by one of the parties, the inn will not refund the daily rate -We are in compliance with the code consumer protection article 49 right of withdrawal from the date of booking is 7 days
