Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. Payment must be made via bank deposit or Pix Banco do Brasil (001) Agency 4670-1 Conta 20.120-0 Machê Pousada & boutique ltda. Cancellation Policies

To book up to 30 days before the check-in date, we charge the amount referring to 50% of the package value. The values referring to the daily contracted and not paid in advance must be paid at the time of check-in. For bookings within 14 days of the check-in date, we charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation. We charge a fine of 50% of the package value for changes or cancellations requested up to 30 days before the check-in date. We charge a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount for changes or cancellations requested in the period between 30 days before the check-in date until the check-in date. We charge a penalty of 100% of the total reservation amount for cancellations or changes requested after the check-in date. In the case of reservations with authorized billing or to be paid by means of a virtual card, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged for cancellations or changes in any period. The request for alteration or cancellation of reservation must be sent by the guest to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Failure to show up by 11:59 pm on the first night is considered a no-show and will result in the cancellation of the other nights reserved, with a fine of 100% of the total amount of the reservation. In the case of reservations with authorized billing or to be paid by means of a virtual card, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a No-Show, Pousada Machê is free to negotiate accommodation with third parties without the customer being entitled to any type of refund in cash or credit for new daily rates/accommodation. In case of return of values, due to cancellation or alteration of reservation, the fee charged by the financial institution regarding the transfer of values will be deducted from the amount to be returned. The deadline for returning the amount corresponding to the guest for any cancellation is 30 working days. The procedure will be carried out by bank transfer after information, by the customer, of the corresponding bank details. If the customer so wishes, the amount to be reversed can be converted into a letter of credit, valid for 6 months from the issue date.
