Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After booking confirmation, 100% of the booking must be made within 48 hours via pix, deposit or credit card to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Up to 15 days from the date of entry (check-in) the total refund of the reservation amount will be made, within a period of up to 30 working days. The Value can be used as credit for the next stay.
On other dates:
- To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the daily rates contracted will be charged.
- The reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- In case of cancellation within the deadline, the amount paid will be refunded in full for payments made via bank deposit or PIX. If the payment was made via credit card, an administrative fee of R$50.00 will be charged.
- Cancellation without cancellation - no show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no show" (cancellation without cancellation) and there will be no refund of the amount paid;
- Cancellation after check-in: Cancellation of the stay upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash reimbursement or credit for new daily rates, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.
