Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
All reservations must be paid in advance 50% upon reservation confirmation and 50% up to the 10th day before the arrival date. Reservations less than 30 days before arrival, full payment. * Payment in installments upon request. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. In case of guest no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

For cancellations of New Year's Eve, Carnival and holiday packages up to 90 days in advance of the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be charged. Cancellations of New Year's Eve, Carnival and holiday packages less than 90 days before the arrival date will be charged 100% of the deposit amount. In cases where the guest does not show up or is absent before the end of the package, 100% of the total reservation amount or the amount previously deposited will be charged.
