"No Show":

Prepaid Reservation in "No Show":
Charge of 1 night's stay as a fine.
Refund of the amount proportional to the remaining daily rates.
Rescheduling/Changes:
Possible up to 8 days before check-in.
Subject to the new conditions on the new date and configuration chosen.
Rescheduling/Changes Allowed from 7 days to 1 day before Check-in in Cases of:
Health problem or death of a member of the reservation or relative up to the 2nd degree.
Cancellation by the Airline.
Supporting Documents for Specific Cases:
