Law No. 16,559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112; • Charge of a fine of 50% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date; • Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date; • For reservations requested less than 29 days before check-in, the free cancellation period is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied. • If the consumer does not show up without prior notice of cancellation, the full price of the reservation will be charged; • For reservations that cover national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, a charge will be made (i) fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made 60 (sixty) days up to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date; It is (ii) fine of 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date. Payment methods The full amount of the accommodation will be debited or must be deposited immediately upon completion of the reservation | Interest-free installments (only for cards issued in Brazil) | We DO NOT accept third party cards | The card used to pay the daily rates will be requested at the time of check in | If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment will be requested with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed.
