Deposit / Guarantee Policies
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation value must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment via credit card or bank deposit. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

General Policy
Opening hours: Check-in time (Entrance): from 2:00 pm It is the Hotel's internal policy to receive daily allowances at check-in, and drinks can be paid for at check-out. Check-out Time (Departure): Check-out will take place until 12:00 pm and will be subject to an inspection of the apartments, so notify reception in advance to avoid delaying your departure. If you wish to extend your stay, please consult reception regarding the rates per hour or day exceeded. Meals: Breakfast from 7:00 am to 9:00 am Lunch from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Dinner from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm Reception and service: 24 hours. Children: Children accompanied by parents or legal guardians up to 5 years old are free; Children aged 6 to 9 pay 50% of the adult price; Children over 10 years old pay with an adult. Parking: Our parking is complimentary, and therefore, we are not responsible for valuables left there. To use the garage, it is mandatory to leave the vehicle keys at reception. Our garage is collective and does not have a designated space. Personal Objects Our establishment does not have a safe to store valuable objects or sums of money, therefore we are not responsible for the loss or theft of them, whether in the rooms or in common areas, each person is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings.
