Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without No Show charge is allowed up to 07 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 50% of the reservation in high season and holidays.
On other dates:Cancellation of reservations without No Show charge is allowed up to 03 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount in low season.
