Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. OR Define prepayment policy and deposit requirements. 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking, via credit card or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policies
Non Refundable - 100% penalty, non-cancelable. 1- Up to 120 days before check-in, the date of accommodation may be rescheduled according to availability (the current rate for the new period will be applied). 2- Up to 90 days before check-in, a fine of 50% of the total value of the accommodation will be charged. 3- Up to 60 days before check-in or No-Show (no show) the total amount deposited will be charged.
