Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. OR Define prepayment policy and deposit requirements. 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking, via credit card or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policies
No refunds will be given for this option. Non-refundable rate.
Cancellation/Change free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. Penalty of 50% + fees for cancellations between 90 & 45 days. Less than 45 days before arrival, no-show or early departure will incur a 100% penalty on the value of the daily rates and fees.
