Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking, via credit card or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policies
HIGH DEMAND SALES POLICY
On other dates:Cancellation Policy: * Reservations with a no-show guarantee must be canceled up to 24 hours before the date of entry (except for restrictive rates, in which there is no possibility of cancellation). If not canceled within the specified period, the 1st night will be charged for the requested period. This charge will also be due in cases of non-attendance of the guest whenever there is no cancellation within the specified period. * The apartment reserved without prior cancellation, will be available for one night, after that period, we will consider the reservation canceled and the same procedure as the cancellation policy without refund of the deposited amount; * Payment of the reservation confirmation will be 50% of the group's daily rate. Deadline for booking confirmation will be 20 days before the event date. After this date, if the hotel has not received the deposit or payment, it may offer the UHS to other customers. * Cancellation of group reservations must be dealt with directly with the Hotel.
