Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. - If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations up to 15 days before check-in will NOT be charged No Show. - Cancellations after this period will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
