High Season and Holidays (Equivalent to January, July, holidays, Christmas and New Year)
• Confirmed reservations can be canceled at least 30 days in advance, otherwise the penalties below will be subject to:
• 25% of the amount paid for cancellation or change if it is from the 29th to the 15th day before check-in;
• 50% of the amount paid for cancellation or change if from the 14th to 1 day before check-in;
• In case of no-show (NO SHOW) even if a medical certificate is sent, the fine will be 100% of the amount paid) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• In cases of electronic purchases, the customer will have 7 days from the date of booking to cancel the purchase, without being charged a fine.
When choosing this option, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking, with no right to refund in case of cancellation, change or no-show. No changes allowed. In case of cancellation, the full amount will be retained. Change of ownership may be requested up to 3 days before check-in. Promotions and benefits do not apply to this rate.
