Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Bookings with this policy cannot be refunded or changed (partially or fully). The cost is 100%

Advance payment, i.e., BEFORE check-in.

If you cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before check-in, no fee will be charged.

If you cancel or change late, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the accommodation will be charged.

Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM - ATTENTION FOR EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS!!

- IMPORTANT: Credit card payment only by the reservation holder, with presentation of the document at check-in.

- Installments up to 7x, with a minimum installment value of R$300.00
(In case of loss/theft, you must notify us in advance and provide and/or present the police report).

- We do not charge service fees;

- Tourist tax is optional;

- We do not accept checks;

- Children's policy: 1 child free up to 12 years old in a double room;

- Cribs must be requested at the time of booking;

- All apartments and common areas have free Wi-Fi internet access.

- ALL APARTMENTS ARE NON-SMOKING, SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A FINE.
