Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To pay by credit card, you must pay 30% of the total amount of the accommodation in advance. You can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments on your credit card (for amounts up to R$2,000.00) and up to 6 interest-free installments (for amounts over R$2,001.00).
For payment by bank transfer/PIX, we ask for 30% of the total amount of the reservation in advance.
* The reservation is only confirmed after payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay has been made.
No-Show: if there is no show in full or in part, the number of guests will not be refunded and the amount will not be changed if there is a balance to be paid at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
For cancellations or rescheduling between 5 days before the check-in date and until the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be retained by the hotel. Reservations from operators, agencies and OTAs (third parties) must be requested from the operators themselves to be in charge of informing and dealing with the hotel. In the case of refunding the amount paid (up to 5 days before the stay), the same is done within 10 working days after the cancellation request made via email ([email protected]). *Bank transaction fees will be discounted, if any. If the customer prefers to keep the advance amount with the hotel for a later stay, a Letter of Credit is given in reais (R$) and not in daily rates, as it may change without prior notice. The credit card is valid for six months from the date of issue and cannot be used on promotional weekends, special packages and holidays. *Although there is no obligation to return according to the normative deliberation of 161 of EMBRATUR, the Gaeta Hotel adopts as an internal policy the courtesy of granting the Letter of Credit. The Letter of Credit must be used for a single stay.
