Deposit / Guarantee Policies

We require 50% of the total amount in advance to secure the reservation; for reservations of only 1 night, the amount to be paid is 100%, which can be paid via transfer / pix or credit card, in 1x. The remainder can only be paid here, at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

As it is a New Year's Eve package, the fee is non-refundable.

AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THE CUSTOMER DECLARES THAT HE IS AWARE OF OUR ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICE PROVISION AGREEMENT ADHESION AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICE AGREEMENT 1st Adhesion to this contract is made with the down payment of the independent reservation of subscription thereof; 2º The non-attendance of the customer to the hotel at the agreed time and in the absence of any prior written communication, will result in the cancellation of his reservation, after 12 hours at the agreed time; 3º The withdrawal of the reservation for the contracted period by the client, must occur within 07 (seven) days after the payment of the down payment, which will result in the return of 100% of the amount paid (in the form of art. 49 and sole paragraph of the Law No. 8078 of 09/11/1990). Once the repentance period has expired, for change/cancellation requests up to 30 days before check-in, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, if it was made via deposit/transfer/pix. If it has been carried out via credit card, the amount paid will be refunded minus the cost of the card operator. For requests up to 15 days before check in, due to the COVID-19 pandemic or lockdown, 100% of the amount paid will be credited for future accommodation, without refund (Law No. 14,046, 08/24/2020). After this period, supported by decree 7381/10 articles 20, we will deduct 30% of the total value of the contract on the amount already paid as irrecoverable expenses, and the remaining amount will be credits for a future reservation, without refund. Paragraph one: for cancellations within 24 hours of check-in, no-show or partial withdrawal of all contracted days, with the customer inside the hotel, no difference in the amount previously paid will be refunded. Full payment of daily rates will be required at the entrance of the hotel. (No show is characterized as the non-attendance of the customer on the stipulated date, without prior notice); 4th The right to claim for any clauses contained in this contract will expire in 30 days, counted from the reservation signal in the form of art. 26th item I of the consumer code. 5th The internal regulation, emails, proposals, reservation confirmation, rules, manual of good practices of COVID 19 and the notices posted in the sectors, which must be read and respected and the registration information sheet filled out are an integral part of this at the entrance of the hotel, which ones declare true under penalty of law; 6º The hotel reserves the right to prohibit the use of any area and/or equipment for preventive and/or corrective maintenance when necessary.
