• Reservations canceled up to 30 days before check in: 100% refund of the full amount • Reservations canceled up to 7 days before check in: Penalty of 50% of the full amount • Reservations canceled up to 72 hours before check in in or no show (No-Show): no refund, fine of 100% of the full amount
