Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Your reservation will only be confirmed and the conditions guaranteed after payment confirmation. We do not accept third party credit cards. Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with photo to prove ownership.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation requests may be reviewed.
On other dates:
Up to 21 days before check-in - 100% refund of the amount paid, less any fees charged by the card issuer.
Less than 21 days before check-in, High Season (September to March, including Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, congresses, events and holidays) - No refund. 80% of the amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date.
