Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Your reservation will only be confirmed and the conditions guaranteed after payment confirmation. We do not accept third party credit cards. Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with photo to prove ownership.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation requests will be analyzed and credit letters may be granted to guests, with a usage period of up to 12 months.
On other dates:
Up to 21 days before check-in - 100% refund of the amount paid, less any applicable fees charged by the card issuer.
Less than 21 days before check-in - No refund. The amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date (see Credit Note section).
High Season (December to February, including Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, congresses, events and holidays) - No refund. 80% of the amount paid may be used for accommodation on another date.
