Your reservation will only be confirmed and the conditions guaranteed after payment confirmation. We do not accept third party credit cards. Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with photo to prove ownership.
Cancellation Policies
No refunds. 80% of the amount paid can be used for accommodation on another date.
On other dates:Up to 21 [TWENTY-ONE] days before check-in - 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid may be used on another date or 80% (eighty percent) of the amount may be refunded.
