General Policy
• Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out must be done by 12:00 pm. • Early check-in will only be allowed whenever the room is available, but an extra fee will apply. • Late check-out (extended departure) will only be allowed whenever the room does not have a check-in date, but an extra fee will be charged. • Check-out time is noon. The guest is aware that after this time the maid will enter the room, collect the belongings and they will be placed in the custody of the administration, this entire procedure will be filmed for transparency of this procedure. • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card, Pix, bank transfer or deposit. • After confirming the reservation, payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the blocking of the Housing Unit.
